SPECIAL PRESCRIPTION TO OPEN CLOSED ARTERIES OF THE HEART
This is a story of around 20 years ago when I was sitting on my clinic. It was winter season and nearly Asar time. An old man who was nearly 80 years old, white hair, white cap, white handkerchief, extremely well built, entered my clinic. After greetings and salutations, he asked me about some medicines.
After a few minutes I realized that he has quite a lot of knowledge about Hikmat.I asked him if he would like tea and he replied that tell me any benefits of tea and if you tell me, I will drink it.This answer was enough for me to hear. He said that it is not my nature to have tea. When I inquired that who is he, he replied that one of my nephew is officer in PSO.I have come here to spend some relaxed time for a few days. Then he said that , my name is Hakeem Abdul Ghafoor madni.I have spent a long time of my life in Saudi Arabia and now i wished that I should come back to my own land and spend rest of the time helping people of my country. Furthur he said that my age is more than a hundred years. I kept listening to him. Then I said that many people are of the opinion that the Hakeems who have valuable prescriptions do not tell them to the people and keep them a secret.
He immediately replied that son this is not the case, I am not a miser. But sometimes it happens that someone comes for medicine and we give it to them, now they ask about how to make the medicine but they don’t have any knowledge of this subject then how can we explain the prescription and the process of making hte medicine to them?
Then he said, son , you want to learn and I am here only for a few days but Inshallah whatever Hikmat prescriptions which you need, I will tell them to you.Allah taala made his heart soft for me , he sat for a while and then he left. A few days later, he again came to my clinic, i was very happy to see him. I was already greatly impressed by his diagnosis and his prescriptions and I said to him with great humbleness that
for a few days as long as you are here, the people of our area will also benefit from you.it was his great kindness that he accepted my request and the people of our area benefitted a lot from him.
One day I asked him that nowadays there some diseases on which the valves of the heart get closed so kindly provide me some prescription for it to be cured in best possible way. He said that I give a special brewed qehwa(tea) to my patients and I will give that to you in addition to another prescription.
PRESCRIPTION FOR MEDICINE CALLED SHIFA - E - AKSEER QALB
(COMPLETE CURE FOR THE HEART)
This has been beneficial in such times when the arteries of the heart are shrinking or have become closed. In situations where bypass is thought to be the only solution, this prescription opens the clogged arteries.Inshallah bypass operation is not required any longer. It also reduces cholesterol and uric acid. We are mentioning the prescription and recipe for "Shifa e akseer qalb" so that they don’t remain dependent on anyone and they can prepare this medicine themselves and bring it under their usage.
PRESCRIPTION:
lemon juice 250 grams
ginger juice 250 gram
desi garlic juice 250 gram
pure apple vinegar 250 grams
honey 750 gram
First, put the first four ingredients in a clean pan and heat it over slow heat, when 250 gram of the liquid is evaporated, then remove from the fire and cool it and when it is cool add 750 gram of pure honey. The medicine called Shifa - e - akseer qalb is ready. Now you can fill it in empty bottles and use at least 3 bottles. By the grace of Allah, closed arteries of the heart will become opened.
METHOD OF USAGE:
After fajar prayer, take two large tablespoon
QEHWA(SPECIAL BREWED TEA) FOR OPENINING CLOSED ARTERIES OF THE HEART:
Green tea,
saunf ,
green cardamom,
cinnamon,
dry desi mint,
baadyaan khatai,
teezpat
tukhm methi
take all of these 10 grams each and also take
GORAKH PAAN BOOTI 3 grams
Clean all these things, and "NEEM KOFTA " them.
Now take 5 grams of the powder and put it in half kg of water and allow it to boil on slow heat.
When 3 cup water remains, drink it like a tea, 2 to 3 times a day.
After one hour of breakfast take 3 gram of khameera abresham hakeem arshad wala.
Make this a daily habit.
TRIED AND TESTED QURANIC REMEDY FOR OPENING ARTERIES OF THE HEART
Recite it 100 times daily in morning and 100 times in the evening before and after darood shareef.
PRECAUTIONS:
AVOID GHEE, CREAM, BUTTER, RICE and "SAQEEL ITEMS????" completely and use both remedies
A word of advice
Once upon a time, the elder of a tribe, came to meet a buzurg and asked them that "Please give me an advice from which I may benefit"
The Buzurg replied that Prophet saw has said that "Do not let rage overcoem you" so you should follow this advice.
The tribal elder said that I will follow this advice and set off towards his tribe.When he reached there he found out that the situation is bad and the people of his tribe are waiting for him.When he reached his people he asked them what the matter was.
They said that a man of the opposing tribe has been killed at our hands and we are waiting for you so that we might seek revenge for our financial loss.Upon hearing this he immediately flew into a rage due to his racial and family bias and ignaoracne and took up arms and alongwith his tribe , he got ready to wage a fight.But then he immeidately rememeberd the advice of the buzurg that the Prophet saw has advised not to fly into a rage, therefore, he threw away his weapons and wore ordinary clothes and went in front of the enemy tribe.
The people of the other tribe saw that the elder of the opposing tribe has come in a nice manner without any weapons.they started waiting to see that what does he say?He went close to them and he called out to the tribal elder of the opposing tribe and said softly that what is the purpose and benefit of this war? if you want to kill someone in revenge of the person of your side who has been killed then this will not bring the dead person back.Come, take material compensation from us instead and we are willing to give whatever you like in return.On the other hand if you really insist that you kill someone in revenge of the person who has been killed then kill me so that this enmity ends.
The opposing tribe had never seen such a situation before. Feelings of humanity also developed in them and they said that ”Neither will we kill someone in revenge nor will we seek material compensation”
In this way, a big fight was averted and the tribal elder found out the real secret behind the advice of the
buzurg.Following this advice of not flying into rage solved the issue of fighting once and for all.

solved by themselves.I also kept writing to hakeem sahab and also used to get reply after a while.Also kept listening to dars with great punctualtiy.also kept getting to know about hakeem sahab's busy schedule.I often think that Allah has given great barkat in hakeem sahab's time.Everyday in the morning he oversees all issues of ubqari office and also recieves thousands of letters daily.There is also a special time which is dedicated for listening to calls from out of country.From Monday to Thursday he meets people from 2pm till maghrib prayer and then on thursday evening from maghrib prayer till isha he gives the weekly dars.After that 11 pm at night majlis majzoobi and on friday saturday and sunday he gives dars outside of lahore.
He is the author of many books.These are those tasks which i have seen myself.Obviously, being a special person, and also a person who is loved by so many people, every mureed of hazrat sahab wants to meet him and wants his special attention.
Many people including me think that we get time to meet after a very long wait and if we get the time , even then it is very short.We dont get time to tell our stories.(with all due respect and apologies) it is my
personal experience that Allah taala has done his special blessing on hakeem sahab that he understands our problem without listning to our sotry.Many people say this and actually maybe every reader of ubqari magazine complains of not getting time sooner however i will request all my brothers and sisters that do not think that hakeem sahab is wrong, he is also a human of flesh and blood and he also might have his own personal commitments.if the reply to the letter comes late then do not worry about it.You will surely get your reply on your turn....provided that your letter had an addressed retun envelope and didnt get lost in the mail.
Following last eid my daugher started staying very sick and every day she would have a new problem and some new issue.I was very worried, and thought that if Hakeem sahab gives time, then i would be able to get my daughter checked by him but there were three months to wait in getting the time and in this tension i reached the ubqari office.Here hakeem sahab assistant also checks patients, I went and showed my daughter to him, he checked my daughter pulse, also listened to my entire story with patience and gace some medicines and also treated me very nicely.Believe me that i became completely satisfied.Many people are waiting for hakeem sahab to give time so that they can meet him I dont say that do not take time from hakeem sahab but if you mention some problem to assistant sahab then too your problem will be resovled Inshallah.Also whenever hakeem sahab gives you time, do meet him but do not complain about waiting time May Allah give his special reward to hakeem sahab and his entire team and they are doing a very pious job.In the end i would like to mention one more thing that for Gods sake i am just an ordinary reader of ubqari magazine, I am just an ordinary sinful admirer of hakeem shaab , and I dont have any relation with any worker of ubqari magazine but only for the sake of Allah's kindness and reward and to reduce the pain of the sad people a little bit I have written this letter for the benefit of the people soe that people do not increase their problems while waiting.meet assistant sahab soon and give dua to me and also find solution to your problem immediately.
